Lauren served as the Senior Marketing Manager for Lamar Johnson Collaborative (LJC). Together with LJC Urban Planning Market Leader, Lesley Roth, Lauren developed training curriculum and mentorship modules to train junior staff on marketing and business development best practices. Each session presented material and provided action items to educate staff on current firm initiatives and industry opportunities, broadening perspectives on business development, demystifying how staff can participate in the procurement pipeline, and preparing staff to have confident interactions out in the wild.
